Our Founders

Bernice Baxter - RN

Director of Nurse Aide training program at Tidewater Community College for 10 years. Within the first two years increased enrollment by 25% and pass rates for NNAAP above 90%. The program was recognized as one of the top nurse aide programs in Virginia by CNAclasses.org. With skills being such a vital part of the training program, she decided to take it upon herself to hire and create a video of the skills for the students and instructors to utilize for their successful outcome.

Michie Walton - RN

Taught Practical Nursing for 24 years. Director of Practical Nursing Program for Chesapeake Public Schools and Portsmouth Public Schools.  100% pass rate the last three years, recognized as one of the top 10 schools in Virginia by Practical Nursing.org (article on:  https://www.practicalnursing.org/lpn-programs/virginia).  Has served as President of Virginia Health and Medical Science Educators Association and named Teacher of the year in 2017.

The students response to the first video created by Mrs. Baxter lead us to create a second video to help student succeed in passing the Skills Evaluation exam in Virginia.  Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to share our experience with you.  We wish you much success in the medical field.
